A deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 60 days before arrival. If there is less than 60 days between booking and arrival, full payment is due when booking.

A Security/Damage deposit of £75 is to be included with the final payment. This deposit is to cover any damage, breakages, cleanliness etc. The apartment is to be left in a clean and tidy condition on departure, and the deposit will be returned within 7 days after the end of the holiday, less any deductions for damages, breakages, or for any excessive cleaning that we had to carry out.
