Terms & Conditions
The use of any amenities on site, including the accommodation, equipment or swimming pool is entirely at the hirer's risk. No responsibility can be accepted for injury, loss or damage to the guests personally, or any of their belongings. No glass or china is allowed to be used in or taken to the pool area.

Cancellations are to be in writing by the person who made the booking. Every endeavour will be made to re-let the apartment, in which case a refund, less an administration fee may be possible. However, should we be unable to re-let the property, the full cost of the holiday will become due. Guests are strongly advised to take out a comprehensive travel insurance policy to include cancellation cover and to have full cover for the party's personal belongings, public liability etc.

Should a guest wish to change a holiday date (before the balance becomes due 60 days prior to the holiday) and another date is available a small administration charge will be made, but if there is no accommodation available the original holiday remains booked and the cancellation conditions apply.

The Owners shall not be liable to the guests for any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of Public Services, nor in respect of any equipment, machinery or appliance in the apartment, gardens or swimming pool; nor for any loss, damage or injury caused by adverse weather conditions, riot, war, strikes of any other matters beyond the control of the Owners; nor for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused to or suffered by the Guest should the property be destroyed or substantially damaged before the start of the rental period and in any such event the Owner shall within 7 days of notification to the Guest, refund all sums previously paid by that guest in respect of the holiday period.

Under no circumstances shall the Owner’s liability to the Hirer exceed the amount paid to the Owner for the rental period.
